About Bharat Commodities

Bharat Commodities publishes the latest wholesale (mandi) prices for agricultural commodities across Indian states, districts, and markets. Our goal is to make transparent price information easy to find for farmers, traders, and anyone tracking crop rates.

Prices are sourced from the Government of India's open data platform, data.gov.in, specifically the “Current Daily Price of Various Commodities from Various Markets (Mandi)” dataset. We check for new prices several times a day, and every market keeps its most recent report, so the price you see is the latest one that market has published.

All prices are quoted per quintal (100 kg) and represent wholesale market rates, not retail. Figures are indicative; a market that reports less often shows a price a few days old, with its own date beside it. Always verify at your local market before making decisions.
